X-ray control of products made of polymeric materials, ceramics, graphite, ferrite

X-ray control is a study of an object for the presence of various defects in it. Using this method, our laboratory tests products made of polymeric materials, ceramics, graphite, ferrite, multilayer products, products consisting simultaneously of different materials. X-ray control is one of the most popular methods in the nuclear power industry and the aviation industry. 

X-ray control of products (blanks) is carried out before the final machining, in order to exclude obviously “defective” products and debug the technological processes for the production of blanks (for example, casting).

Also, X-rays are carried out selectively from an already finished batch of products (at the request of the enterprise to which these products will be supplied for further assembly or at the initiative of the Manufacturer’s enterprise).

Our main Customers in terms of control of non-metal products are scientific production and experimental enterprises.  Equipment for testing is mobile, control can be carried out on the territory of the Customer.
